Investors Hub Defends Privacy Rights of Members

While Eric Noveshen is in pursuit of Does its good to know that InvestorsHUB.com  defends the right to speak openly truthfully and anonymously online.

Many seasoned members have posted praise for Investor Hub’s commitment to protecting the identity of its speakers.

Without anonymity the site certainly would not have so many active members. That’s not to say Ihub allows people to come on its site and break the law. They don’t, but Eric Noveshen can’t expect to go on the site and trash talk people like Daniel Jacobs, Ella Licht and Scott Webber then expect no one will throw a curve ball back describing Noveshen’s own actions in the micro cap world.

The following is from SECURITIESLAWYER101.com, an informative piece about Investor Hubs commitment to protect the identity of its users.

To quote the article by investment goddess Brenda Hamilton, “A third subpoena went to online message board site Investor’s Hub (IHub). IHub, unlike the two clearing firms, chose to respond quickly. It objected that the subpoena was overly broad, requiring the production of tens of thousands of posts “relating to Calissio,” and personal information about dozens of the site’s members. IHub objected that “COR Clearing has failed to identify any actionable post in the underlying litigation. Nor has COR Clearing demonstrated that any of the Posters have any other potentially relevant or discoverable knowledge.” Noting that “similar subpoenas are frequently used to harass, intimidate and/or silence anonymous critics,” IHub asserted that the subpoena was a violation of its privacy policy and other contractual commitments to its members, adding that compliance with it would cause it to violate the Electronic Communications Privacy Act.”

Eric Noveshen’s Judicial Abuse Cloaked in Irony

Fraud on the Court

– Transcript, Eric Noveshen argues the US Constitution gives him the right to file appeals.

But does the Constitution give you the right to abuse the legal system charged with protecting those Constitutional rights? We think not. On one hand Noveshen wants to use the Constitution for his benefit on the other he wants to smother the Constitutional rights of others to discuss his abuse of the legal and financial systems of this country.

In other words he wants to have his cake, eat it too and leave crumbs all over court houses around this country!

Think a moment of the Judicial System as a person named Justice- Eric Noveshen is asking “Justice” to protect him while he abuses “Justice”

–  It just doesn’t make sense.

On that note, we present an uncomplete list of the many cases in which Noveshen has played his dirty legal tricks to game the Court system he is now asking to shut down dialogue about him.

Noveshen Practices First Amendment Rights, Doesn’t Want You To

In 2011 many people were excited about Florida Micro, a Florida based IT and technology company, that was going public. Especially Eric Novehsen who thought his then friend Daniel Jacobs would let him run the company. This would have given Noveshen some legitimacy but his negative financial reputation preceded him. Friends don’t let friends run their companies into the ground, so Jacobs made Barbara Hughes the CEO. This angered Noveshen so he went on a tirade about Jacobs and Florida Micro trying his best to shed a negative light on Daniel Jacobs and the company. He also said some pretty awful things to Hughes and about Hughes.

The irony, Eric Noveshen thinks it’s OK for him to complain about wrongdoings of others in the financial industry, but he runs to court and complains when anyone dare comment on Noveshen’s laundry list of financial frauds.
