The NAICS classifies Eric Noveshen’s company Envision Capital LLC of Fort Lauderdale a provider of “Investment Advice.” When an “investment advisor,” brokerage firm, broker etc, is not registered with FINRA consumers have almost no collective source of information to decipher if it is safe to do business with the company. Executives of PNOW in Costa Rica to promote latest stock scam, are Staller, Noveshen, Watson there too?

Don’t rush to buy all at once now but a press release written by Jeffrey Staller claims Pure Hospitality Solutions (penny stock w ticker PNOW) executives have arrived in Costa Rica to unveil the companies new booking system.

Tiny issue – they don’t ever identify to investors who their “executives” are? Why is that?

Maybe Jeffrey Staller knows?  Interesting his name comes up in a very similarly rigged stock um, scam.

Maybe something to do with a little federal lawsuit called Allen Licht vs. Ajene Watson et. al FLSD 12 cv 62197-WJZ – Many of the defendants are the same people behind the scenes at PNOW. Lawsuit claimed all these guys hid their identity on purpose just like they are hiding their names from PNOW.

On Nov. 9, 2012 a user called “nodummy” on a website called Investors Hub posted this warning to PNOW (then the ticker was OTHM it changed Fall 2014)

“EDWY, SMEV, UCHB, OTHM – very interesting lawsuit filed on Wednesday.

The lawsuit lists some very familiar names as Defendants including Ajene Watson, Scott Wilding, Curt Kramer (Asher Enterprises), David E. Price, and others.”

Noveshen says NIR was kosher and neither of them broke the law???

Scratch ya head on this one. Noveshen in sworn court filings claims NIR did nada wrong and his business of collecting consulting fees in stock to be dumped was legal. Delusional maybe, but legal? Don’t think Dworkin is serving 3 years probation cause taking kickbacks from Noveshen was legal.
